Pradip K. Majumder, Ph.D. Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Advisor of Aryastha Life Sciences. Pradip is a translational research scientist and an entrepreneur, currently he is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Praesidia Biotherapeutics, a Boston based Biopharmaceuticals.
Before Praesidia he co-founded Mitra Biotech, a cancer theranostic company, and guided the company’s technology platform for individualized cancer medicine from inception to clinical validation. He is also in a Board of Shilps Sciences, developing micro fluid devices powered by AI for single cells analysis. Co-Founder of CanFinis Therapeutics, developing novel CAR-Ts for solid cancers and member of Scientific Advisory Board of Zumutor Biologics, a Boston based clinical stage biopharma developing novel immunotherapy for solid cancers.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, Pradip was a member of the Faculty of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston. Fellow at Merck Research Laboratories, Boston. He led a team and developed two novel anticancer drugs from early discovery to Phase II clinical development. Pradip received his Ph.D. in Cancer Pharmacology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, and a research fellowship from the Dana Farber Cancer Institute-Boston, Harvard Medical School and an established investigator in cancer drug discovery.
