Suman Dutta

Throughout his career, Dr. Dutta has contributed to drug discovery programs across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, inflammation, metabolic disorders, and infectious diseases requiring BSL-3 containment. His prior roles at TCG Life Sciences and Laxai Lifesciences further strengthened his leadership in assay development, high-throughput screening, mechanistic studies, and collaborative R&D. Furthermore, he had briefly worked in CSIRO Australia involving the development of siRNA delivery platforms.

With a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovation, Dr. Dutta now oversees all in vitro biology initiatives, guiding the department’s scientific direction and ensuring high-quality, impactful research. Here at Aryastha he led the development of Aryastha Biosolutions, a humanized platform involving patient derived tumor organoids (PDTO) for drug screening and iPSC derived cellular tox models.
